Booking Policy

By making a booking, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below;

Skin Avenue requires a non-refundable booking deposit of $100 for all appointments in order to secure your appointment. This deposit is 100% redeemable for products or services on the day of your appointment.

We understand that things do come up and sometimes you may need to change your appointment, however we kindly request 48 hours notice.

Please note that if you’re more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the length of your appointment may be impacted or cancelled and will results in loss of deposit.
